Stokes, the man behind chart-topping R&B groups B2K and IMx (formerly Immature), retains a PR firm for his company to begin a brand exposure campaign

Stokes is the man behind chart-topping R&B groups B2K and IMx (formerly Immature) and known for discovering the now mega-star Brandy.
