Eliseo Ruiz, III (Lee) comes to Direct Email Express with over ten years of experience in corporate law, including the areas of transactions, securities, mergers and acquisitions. Ruiz most recently served as Vice President and General Counsel at CyberBills, Inc. There, he helped grow the Silicon Valley Company into an industry leading provider of online bill management services. Mr. Ruiz previously held the position of vice president and associate general counsel at Concentra Managed Care, Inc., where he handled such diverse responsibilities as legal oversight of corporate development activities, contract review, litigation management, and general counsel on employment law issues. Lee Ruiz holds a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and a JD from The University of Texas School of Law.
