New Deacon to be ordained in New York City.

The latest Deaon for the Benedictine Order of St. John the Beloved will be ordained August 10th.

The office of Archbishop Bruce J. Simpson, of the Benedictine Order of St. John the Beloved, an Old Catholic jurisdiction, announced today the pending ordination of Brother Christopher Ross, OSJB, on August 10, 2002. The ordination will take place at 11:00 A.M., at the Church of the Holy Trinity, located at 316 East Eighty-eighth Street, New York City, NY. Deacon Ross will be tasked with opening up a parish in the city upon his ordination. The general public is invited to witness this event.
