Montreal, Canada and Rome, Italy (July 31, 2002) -- Adacel (ASX: ADA), the leading software simulation and training solution provider for aviation, telecommunications, defense and e-business, today announced that ENAV (Ente Nazionale de Assistenza Al Volo) has selected the Adacel MaxSim(TM) training solution for its ATC (Air Traffic Control) tower training requirement.

Adacels MaxSim(TM) provides users with a realistic visual airport environment that permits the rigorous instruction and evaluation of air traffic control trainees - without the risks and/or costs associated with traditional on-the-job training.

We are delighted to provide ENAV with the world renowned MaxSim solution," said Lionel Léviellé, President & CEO at Adacel. The MaxSim product will provide ENAV with accurate environmental training, allowing each activity to be conducted with the highest level of realism."

ENAVs solution will include 4 independent tower simulators. Each simulator comprises a 135-degree horizontal field of view, capable of displaying a 360-degree high fidelity airport database and provides training for tower and ground control students. Delivery is anticipated by early 2003.
