Keystone Pacific Property Management, Inc., an Irvine-based property management firm, announced that Gabrielle Saasta has been honored with the prestigious CAI (Community Associations Institute) Presidents award for her participation as the chairperson of the Education Committee.

The award was given at the annual awards dinner for the Southern Counties Chapter of CAI; it is the first time that the award has been given to not only Saasta, but the committee as a whole, for offering education to board members, new managers and homeowners on a variety of issues. Gabrielle has served in the committee for the past ten years and has been the chairperson for the past three.

Under her direction, the committee created three new programs so far. These included Community Leadership training, Annual Meetings and Elections and The Homeowner/Developer Transition.

There is no question that the more information and education board members and others have, the stronger the association will be, and the better it will run," said Saasta. These forums offer the best place to find this information, and we create an environment that allows participants to share their concerns and formulate answers."

A 24-year veteran of the property management industry, Saasta has been a member of CAI for the past two decades. She is a Senior Community Association Manager at Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. She has been with the company for ten years.
