We@LWW came up with the concept of having a locally based network, which would offer similar services at a fraction of the cost. What you will see now and be logged on to, is the ongoing result! i.e. the Lahore Wide Web.

The LWW Network is NOT a replacement for the Internet, it's a means for Local Users to utilize computer network-based services without incurring the heavy charges of accessing the Internet. Lahore Wide Web provides you Intranet service built around state of the art equipment with high speed access to a wealth of information.

Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

The term "LWW" refers to "Lahore Wide Web" services offered by M/s. Technologies Integrated, Pakistan.
The term "Ti" refers to M/s. Technologies Integrated, Pakistan.
The term "Service" refers to the Internet access service provided by Ti to the User, including any value added features introduced from time to time by Ti.
The term "User" means any natural or legal person of business house or corporate body whose application to enter this agreement is accepted by Ti.
The term "IDs/Passwords" means all such unique codes which Ti will assign to the User on time to time basis to establish connection to it's Service.

2. General Conditions

The start date of Service to the User shall be the date that the user ID is activated. The minimum period of subscription is one month.
This agreement shall remain valid until terminated as per terms & conditions contained herein.
The User may terminate the Service by serving a 30 day prior written notice to Ti after the minimum subscription period has expired.
In case the User misuses or abuses the Service and/or is in breach of any of the terms and conditions herein, then Ti reserves the right to terminate this Service with immediate effect without any termination damages or notice and without prejudice to T is rights to damages for such breach. This action shall be at the sole risk and cost of the User.

3. Indemnity

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ti, its directors, employees and agents at all times against all lawsuits, claims, proceedings, costs, liabilities, losses or damage whatsoever including without limitation legal costs from such lawsuits or claim brought against Ti, its directors, employees or agents. However nothing described herein shall be deemed to prohibit Ti or restrict its rights to bring any such civil or criminal lawsuit as it may consider fit against the User for infringement and/or implementation of these terms and conditions.

4. Terms of Payment

The tariff rates, payment modes and due dates for subscription costs, usage fees and other charges for Services will be as described in Ti's tariff schedule for this purpose. Ti reserves the right to revise the rates for the existing Users on a 30 day notice. Ti reserves the right to impose additional charges for email services, if Ti considers the User to be utilizing it excessively or for commercial purposes. In case of any dispute in payments of the dues, the decision of Ti shall be final and will be binding on the User.
The User shall pay all charges arising out of the use of Services on timely basis in accordance with the schedule established by Ti. All tariffs and charges are payable within the stipulated period of the invoice date.
In case a User is in default of payment schedule or in breach of User's responsibilities, Ti reserves the right to suspend or disconnect the Service to such User and to levy penalty for delayed payment.

5. User's Responsibilities

The User shall, in regards to i) the Services &/or ii) User IDs / passwords assigned by Ti:
duly comply with all relevant and pertinent laws, rules and policies as issued by the Govt. of Pakistan and / or Pakistan Telecommunications Authority / Company.
not use it for any criminal or unlawful purpose.
not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights to information or resources.
not persistently send any messages without reasonable justification causing any threat, harassment, inconvenience, annoyance or anxiety to any person.
not send any message which is deemed repugnant and/or offensive on social, moral, religious, political or racial grounds.
not gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any computer system connected to the Network.
not introduce or attempt to introduce any computer virus into the Network or Ti computer systems.
not be permitted to trade on connectivity, resell, hire, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the Services or any part thereof at any time without the prior and valid written consent by Ti.
not simultaneously use the same ID/password from more than one computer.
ensure that their hardware and software are compatible with Ti's network prior to connecting to the network.
safeguard the secrecy of the IDs/passwords assigned to the User, by Ti, at all times and make sure that the same is not disclosed or revealed in any manner whatsoever to any person or persons whomsoever. The User shall be fully liable and will bear all expenses, charges, losses, penalties, damages arising as a consequence of any use / misuse of User IDs/passwords, howsoever the same may occur.
use only his/her own IDs/passwords assigned by Ti for accessing the Service.
comply with all notifications whenever issued by Ti from time to time in regards to the use of Services.
while accessing any other network through the Services, comply with rules and provisions as appropriate for accessing such other networks.
be solely accountable for the data retrieved, stored or transmitted through the Services.

6. Ti's Rights

Ti at its exclusive discretion reserves the right to accept or reject any application for its Service to any party or cancel the membership of any of the existing User without any notice or assigning any reason.
Ti reserves the right to add, change or discontinue any of the existing Service provided by Ti without any notice.
Ti reserves the right to manage and control the access to computer systems and data stored within Ti computer systems as it may deem appropriate.
Ti at its exclusive discretion reserves the right to reject, amend or cancel any IDs/passwords which it considers improper or offensive.

7. Amendments

Ti at its exclusive discretion reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions herein at any time without any prior notice or without assigning any reason.

8. Disclaimer

While reasonable care is taken by Ti in the provision of Services, Ti shall not be held liable for any loss of data howsoever caused including without limitation, non-delivery, misuse or misdelivery or as a consequence of any interruption, suspension or termination of Services or for the contents, accuracy or quality of information, data or resources made available, received or transmitted through this Service. The User shall be solely responsible, and in no event whatsoever shall Ti be liable, for ensuring that in utilizing the Service, all relevant rules, laws and policies including without limitation those issued by Govt. of Pakistan and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority / Company for the use of telecommunications equipment, systems or service shall be at all times complied with.

9. Software

The User may use in the Service the software distributed by Ti in conjunction with other software not owned or distributed by Ti. The use of the software shall be subject to the terms an conditions stated herein and shall be at the sole risk and responsibility of the User.
Ti makes no warranty and hereby disclaims all liabilities whatsoever in respect of and/or arising out of software provided to the User. The User expressly assumes all risks for using the software. The User shall have no remedy against Ti for defects in the software. In no circumstances will Ti be liable to the User for any damages whatsoever, including direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost business, lost revenue or failure to realize expected savings, arising out of the User's use or inability to use software / Services, even if Ti or any of its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of defects or for any claims made against the User by any other party.
The User shall satisfy himself/herself as to the suitability of the software for his/her needs. The User shall also be responsible for ensuring the compatibility of the software with his/her equipment.
In the event that amendments are made to Ti network, Ti shall be not responsible to ensure that the software will continue to be compatible with Ti's network and the User shall have no claim whatsoever against Ti by reason of such changes.
The User shall strictly comply and shall ensure compliance by his employees and agents with all instructions or notices in whatever form and through whatever means given by Ti from time to time regarding the use of the software.

10. Force Majeure

Ti will not be held responsible for any suspension or breakdown in Services under this agreement, resulting from acts beyond the reasonable control of Ti, including and without limitations to the acts of God, rules and regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, riots, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes whether or not involving Tis employees, war, national emergency, fire, epidemics, accidents, mishaps, lightning, network system failures, hardware / software malfunction, electrical failure or telecommunication line breakdown.

11. Access Speed

Ti does not guarantee any specific response time or communication speed for any method of access to Tis network.

12. Notice

Any notice by either party to the other shall be deemed served by sending the same by means of fax and also registered mail at the current and valid address of the party. The notice so given shall be deemed to have been properly served and received by the respective parties.
