Bill Myers, founder and President of the Subscription Website Publishers Association (SWEPA) announced the acquisition of the organization by SunDance New Media. SunDance CEO Peter A. Schaible will assume the office of President and also act as Executive Editor of www.swepa.com, the association's website.
Bill Myers, founder and President of the Subscription Website Publishers Association (SWEPA) announced the acquisition of the organization by SunDance New Media. SunDance CEO Peter A. Schaible will assume the office of President and also act as Executive Editor of www.swepa.com, the association's website.
Peter A. Schaible has extensive experience in marketing communications, including stints as an editor of newsletters for the National Exchange Carrier Association and IBM Corporation. For more than 20 years he has been president of SunDance New Media, a marketing communications consulting firm. Previously he was director of communications for the United States Golf Association.
SWEPA was founded in March 2001 to support online publishing by providing education, training, and industry recognition. Its goal is to help members build successful, profitable subscription websites.
SWEPA's website provides direct, searchable access to a wealth of information on Internet publishing, marketing, writing, and site management. Association members can also join in a private discussion forum, where they can exchange insights, experience, and advice with other members on marketing practices, business operations, and technology.
