CLINPHONE INTEGRATES CUSTOMER FACING OPERATIONS
ClinPhone Group - the clinical trials solutions provider - is refocusing its commercial client facing operation with the introduction of a state of the art new Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Nottingham, UK - Monday 5 August 2002 - ClinPhone Group - the clinical trials solutions provider - is refocusing its commercial client facing operation with the introduction of a state of the art new Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
The customised CRM application has been licensed from Touchstone Pivotal and will allow ClinPhone's global marketing and business development executives to manage the sales and communication processes more efficiently than ever before.
It will ensure all customer information is available to business staff who deal directly with those sponsors. ClinPhone's ability to provide clients and prospects with the most relevant information on technological developments, new product launches and existing eTrial services appropriate for their own day-to-day project management and data collection will also be enhanced.
"This should make client contact management a much more proactive experience and allow the preferred communication to be carried out at the right time by the right company representatives for the benefit of our clients," explained Marketing and Business Development director Patrick Hughes.
"It is an extremely important addition to the company's business development process since it ensures complete transparency throughout the global ClinPhone infrastructure and will result in consistent reporting and accurate information recording throughout Europe and the USA."
ClinPhone hopes the system will not only benefit its growing number of clients. "We hope the more streamlined process will show a significant improvement in our commercial performance within six months and anticipate an immediate increase in our efficiency levels plus a rapid return on our investment," added Mr Hughes.
A world leader in the field of electronic clinical trial management, ClinPhone has supported over 750 trials in more than 80 countries and 70 languages. It is currently developing a new generation of web-based intelligent clinical solutions to maintain its position in the marketplace and respond to client requests for more integrated solutions. As well as its US offices in Princeton, Chicago and San Francisco, ClinPhone has a satellite office in Brussels, Belgium and is headquartered in Nottingham, England.
