National Childhood Cancer Foundation leases 6,200 sq. ft. of office space in downtown Bethesda Maryland. The National Childhood Cancer Foundation supports the work of the Children's Oncology Group, a cooperative research organization with centers at over 235 children's hospitals in North America.

Bethesda, Maryland - July 30, 2000 -- Bethesda based Commercial Brokers
LLC represented the National Childhood Cancer Foundation (NCCF) with the
leasing of 6,200 sq. ft. of office space at the Bethesda Crescent. The
113,000 sq. ft. Class A office building located at 4600 East-West
Highway was constructed in 1988 and is located in the heart of
Bethesdas Central Business District. This is a great new addition to
our community and we are excited to assist such a great organization as
it strengthens its local efforts to fight childrens cancer," says Nick

NCCF was able to acquire a space vacated by a Dot Com with furnishings
