Santa Clara University Athletics Announces Renewal of Bronco Radio Network For Men's Basketball

Santa Clara University mens basketball will continue to enjoy the broadest game coverage in its history this season with the renewal of its radio broadcast agreements with KDIA-AM (1640 AM) and KSCU-FM (103.3 FM).

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Santa Clara University mens basketball will continue to enjoy the broadest game coverage in its history this season with the renewal of its radio broadcast agreements with KDIA-AM (1640 AM) and KSCU-FM (103.3 FM), SCU Director of Athletics and Recreation Cheryl L. Levick announced.

Every Santa Clara mens basketball game during the 2002-2003 season will be broadcast via the Bronco Radio Network, which currently consists of 10,000-watt KDIA-AM, SCU campus station KSCU-FM and via the Internet on the departments official athletic website at www.SantaClaraBroncos.com.

The games will be engineered and distributed by KDIA-AM. Popular play-by-play announcer Dave Lewis will return for his eighth season as the voice of the Broncos, while KSCU Sports Director Josh Griffin will coordinate color analysis.

We are pleased that we can provide our faithful Bronco basketball supporters with one of the largest radio coverage areas among colleges in the Bay Area," said Levick. By combining an extensive radio coverage area with our Internet streaming agreement with the Official College Sports Network (OCSN, Formerly FANSonly), we will continue to have the opportunity to showcase our mens basketball program to literally every Bronco parent, fan, recruit and alum."
