New for 2002, Topeak's product line now includes a quick release beam rack designed for road bikes, optional clip-on pannier supports and a QuickTrack trunk bag for road bikes with expandable side panniers.

The QR Beam Rack RX offers road cyclists the same advantages that mountain bikers have enjoyed with the QR Beam Rack MX. The only true quick release beam racks for cyclists, Topeak's QR Beam Racks mount to your seat post in a snap, using a hinged seat post clamp with a quick release lever.

The QR Beam Rack RX easily mounts to road bikes in only seconds, and can carry up to 15 lb loads. The hollow tubular design provides an internal compartment for storing small items. Constructed of tough, lightweight aluminum, the QR Beam Rack RX is available in two different styles to accommodate frames of all sizes. When pannier support is needed, Topeak offers optional QR side frames, which easily clip onto the rack.

Rounding out Topeak's new bag and rack system for road bikes is the QT Trunk Bag RX. It features expandable side panniers that fold neatly into their own storage pockets when not in use.
