Zenith Software Limited ( ZSL ), a Bangalore based company, enters into the VLSI by acquiring Sai Global Technologies

Sai Global Technologies, a Bangalore based company, specializing in the field of Design-for-testability has merged with Zenith Software Limited and forms a separate SBU, as VLSI Group.

ZSL was established in 1996, as a 100% EOU, provides software services to overseas clients at US, UK, Singapore and Sweden in the field of Insurance, Banking and Financial Services. ZSL has been recording 100% annual growth since its inception. ZSL has offices at UK and US and business associates at Sweden and Singapore. It has ambitious growth plans by adding more markets and spinning into various niche areas.

Sai Global Technologies, a Bangalore based company, specializing in the field of Design-for-testability has merged with Zenith Software Limited and forms a separate SBU, as VLSI Group. The Sai Global was set up about six months ago by Mr. Ramesh Gangappa and Ms. Triveni Rachapalli, both have a background in Silicon Chip design with work experience in the US. "Sai Globals clients are in the fortune 500 bracket especially in the wireless and ATE vendor space. The Sai Global currently employs about 20 ASIC engineers with specialized in RF.

With the Merger of Sai Global Technologies, Zenith Software Limited plans to expand in a big way by using the strong marketing presence overseas and also addressing the market at India in the area of Telecom, Embedded Systems and VLSI design.
