Gioia Bruno has embarked on a solo career after a miraculous recovery from a tumor on her vocal chords, which forced her to leave the '80's group Exposé. Gioia has recovered and emerged as a solo artist with a new sense of herself and a confidence that comes from within. Her music is pulsating and lends itself well to the dance/pop arena. She made great strides with her recent independent label dance hit "Free To Be" which was played in dance clubs all around the U.S. Her new single entitled "From The Inside" is due out shortly and had some of the hottest hands in the music business working on it.
