Website Offers Full Suite of Tools for Venture Capital Professionals

New York, NY - VC Experts, Inc., a New York based publisher of venture capital commentary founded by venture capital industry veteran Joseph W. Bartlett, has re-launched its website at vcexperts.com. The new site provides faster, easier access to industry news from the US and Europe, as well as featured articles from Inc.com and others. In addition, the new site offers a vast amount of new information for professionals in the venture capital field.

VC Encyclopedia®

The VC Library now includes the VC Encyclopedia®, a complete online reference manual on all aspects of venture capital, and a state of the art culmination of forty years of experience, and fourteen years of publications (four books) in the sector. The online system includes forms, annotations, polls and message boards [coming soon], all of which allows practitioners in the VC space to participate in an open dialogue with other professionals on the most urgent topics in law, finance, accounting, deal structure, valuation, fund formation and related subjects. The VC Encyclopedia® features content by Joe Bartlett, as well as a team of Contributing Editors from various law firms, private equity funds and related industries, who add their knowledge to the system, making it a "must have" for everyone in the VC industry.

VC University
Containing materials developed in conjunction with the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University, the VC University houses online classes and streaming video presentations that are targeted to practitioners in the venture capital community, as well as students of venture capital. The classes can be viewed ala carte, or in the context of a 14-week program that is comparable to a law or business school setting. It incorporates not only the text-based Encyclopedia content, but also videos and online courses, along with the added benefits of online community functions. There are currently 4 text-based courses and 10 streaming videos available, which instruct users on company formation, from the embryo to the IPO.

Custom Corporate and University Portals
