NetigrateZ, Inc., a Florida-based provider of information technology project management and e-business development services, today announced that it has merged with The Casey Group, a leading provider of business and information technology solutions in Parsippany, NJ.

Tampa, FL (August 7, 2002) Ð NetigrateZ, Inc., a Florida-based provider of information technology project management and e-business development services, today announced that it has merged with The Casey Group, a leading provider of business and information technology solutions in Parsippany, NJ. NetigrateZ will change its name to The Casey Group, and will adopt the companyÕs identity. The change reflects the efforts of both executive management teams to combine capabilities and resources to deliver more comprehensive services.

NetigrateZ will continue to offer its services as well as a full spectrum of business-driven IT solutions, such as business process outsourcing, and business continuity and disaster recovery services. The new office will also serve as The Casey GroupÕs primary e-business solutions office, focusing on helping clients achieve value from the ever-changing landscape of Internet technologies such as Web services and e-commerce applications.
