Green Bay, WI -- (PRnetwire.com) -- August 15, 2002 -- En Chem, Inc., a locally based environmental testing laboratory, has acquired U.S. Analytical, the laboratory division of U.S. Oil. En Chem is currently the largest environmental testing laboratory in the state, with lab operations, research and development, and sales/service offices in multiple locations.
Dr. David Turriff, President of En Chem from his headquarters in Green Bay, WI. said this acquisition brings a consolidation of three (3) environmental testing laboratories to the Fox Valley area, in just under ten (10) months, and continues a trend throughout the industry.
En Chem has three (3) subsidiaries; Chemisphere / En Novative Technologies of Green Bay, specializing in product development and distribution, Matrix Environmental LLC a field services company with offices in Minnesota and Ohio, and Orin Remediation, a field service company providing cost effective bio-remediation for site cleanup. Recently, En Chem also announced the co-establishment of an environmental laboratory in the Liaoning capital of Shenyang, China.
