Speed Incorporated introduces Video to safely and effectively teach young athletes

First and only video program that documents legendary Hall of Fame coach Jim Bush featuring Olympic Gold Medallist Quincy Watts and USC great Erik Affholter

Carson, CA -- Legendary Southern California coach Jim Bush and NFL veteran Erik Affholter announce the release of Speed Incorporated," a 6-week speed training video program for young athletes. The announcement came during the Pacific Coast Conference Youth Football and Cheerleading Coaches Clinic on Sunday, August 11th.
   Hall of Fame Coach Jim Bush is best known for his work conditioning both major SoCal universities, as well as the Raiders, Dodgers, Lakers and Clippers. One of the most successful college track and field coaches in history; he has produced 30 Olympiads, 5 NCAA championship teams, and hundreds of NCAA medallists.
   Spokesperson Erik Affholter said, Southern California was the only choice to launch 'Speed Incorporated. Hundreds of local superstar athletes, including Olympians and World champions got faster thanks to Coach Bushs techniques."
   Speed Incorporated is a 50-minute video program that teaches athletes from any running sport how to safely and effectively improve their running skill and stamina in a 6-week training program.
   Coach Bush was a big influence on my professional career. I am glad to be a part of an organization bringing good quality education to young athletes. I only wish something like this was available when I was coming up," said Affholter.
