Chris is a 40 year old white male with a history of obesity for many years. Mr. Castle was hoping to have Gastric Bypass surgery to help with his obesity, but his insurance carrier has denied his request. His insurance does not cover the procedure under any circumstance, so we have been told. There are a few carriers out there today, that do not cover the surgery. But there are many carrier who will pay for Gastric Bypass if found to be medically necessary.

We feel that for Mr. Castle, that this surgery is a medical necessity. He is more than three times his ideal body weight. He suffers from many different ailments and many of these are life threatening. We sincerely feel that without surgery, Mr. Castle will not be able to have a normal healthy life. His life will be cut short due to the seriousness of his illness .

Please help him if you can, anything would be appreciated at this point. The hospital bill runs $9,000 and we charge $3,000., he would also, be billed by the anesthesia department and few miscellaneous bills that would equal about $1,500., this is an estimate, the amounts could be larger if complications would occur.
