JETT17 Freefalls with StratoQuest

Teen music sensation, JETT17 has announced their endorsement of the StratoQuest project and will participate in the forthcoming StratoQuest and StratoCats soundtracks.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

August 19, 2002 - Orlando, FL -- Teen music sensation, JETT17 has announced their endorsement of the StratoQuest project and will participate in the forthcoming StratoQuest and StratoCats soundtracks.

JETT17 have been described as the New Millennium Family Band" according to People Magazine, and family is what JETT17 are all about. From their intricate choreography to their soaring vocals, this group of teens from the Wolfgramm family packs a one-two punch. Consisting of five younger brothers and sisters of the multi-platinum 80's group, "The Jets" along with three talented cousins, JETT17 is quickly becoming a musical force to be reckoned with. JETT17 brings a new mix to the pop music scene of today. In addition to the size of the group, and the fact that they are all family, their music and stage presence sets them apart from the others. JETT17 has created a fresh new sound by taking current Pop/R&B sounds and adding island grooves from their native Tonga. They have set the world's stage on fire when they performed at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City and are currently completing their album for release in the fall.

StratoQuest is a World Record High Altitude Sky Dive Attempt and Research Project. In 2003, Sergeant Cheryl Stearns will attempt to break the current world sky dive record of 102,800 feet by ballooning to 130,000 feet and safely parachuting in a pressurized space suit to the earth's surface. StratoQuest hopes to educate students with StratoCats animated characters on atmospheric levels, high altitude conditions, skydiving and teamwork as well as to positively motivate children and adults to accomplish their career goals and incredible dreams against all odds and disability. This character team is led by Sergeant Stearns. Through this education, they hope to encourage young adults to actively pursue careers in such fields as technology, aviation sciences, computers and the military.

JETT17 hopes that through their participation, more students will see that with a positive attitude and utilizing the educational tools at hand, they too can reach new heights.
