Bloomington Gold® Corvettes USA Announces 2003 Event Dates

One of the Oldest and Largest Corvette Shows in America Returns to the Beautiful Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, Illinois

MARENGO, ILLINOIS, AUGUST 21, 2002 -- Bloomington Gold® Corvettes USA management today announced the 2003 show dates and location. The event will return to the Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, IL, the site of the 2002 show. The show will be presented June 26 through 29, 2003.

Pheasant Run Resort hosted the Bloomington Gold show for the first time in 2002. The park-like setting of the resort's fairways, coupled with the indoor ballroom areas provided a stunning backdrop for some of America's most prestigious, rare and unique Corvettes. In addition, the surrounding area opened up thousands of hotel and motel rooms for participants and provided easy access to one of the world's most connected airports.

"The response to our 2002 show was overwhelmingly positive," said Bloomington Gold chief executive officer Dana Mecum. "The Pheasant run Resort facility was just stunningly beautiful, their staff went out of their way to accommodate our show goers and the St. Charles area made everyone feel welcome.
