Zero Popup version 3.1 is a Windows utility that intelligently eliminates the
annoying and time-consuming pop-up windows that are being used - and abused - by

windows, Zero Popup uses intelligent agent technologies to determine which
windows have been opened because of user actions, and which are unsolicited.
