Zimbabwean Kiwi Jane Flowers Debut Novel to be released in September

Jane Flowers, who writes under the pen name of Woryn Jay is published by Domhan Books (USA). Her debut novel, Whispers In The Grass is due release in September 2002 and can now be pre-ordered on Amazon.com and Barnes & Nobel.

This first time novelist arrived in New Zealand in 2000, a humanitarian residency granted after a traumatic time with Robert Mugabe's War-Vets. In the past two years Woryn has made New Zealand a home and has managed to produce a number of books which are presently with her agent in the USA. Woryn juggles her time between working on a farm, raising calves, freelance writing, novel writing and studying through the Australian College of Journalism.

Whispers In The Grass is described by her publishers as being a very exciting work. Set in the wilds of Africa, this is a good read that deals with the transitional period toward self governance by the Rainbow Nation.
