Small Business Believes in "Pay It Forward" Philosophy!
Free Small Business Help as well as Marketing and Promotional tools
still exist! And they come in Packs!
Rockwall, Texas business owners, Luke and Diana Schultz of DTS Web Development (http://www.dtswebdevelopment.com), WAHM Expo (http://www.wahmexpo.com) and Moms Online (www.moms-online.com) join other Mom Packers to celebrate the "Pay it Forward" Philosophy!
This program offers Ms Schultz a chance to reach out and bring awareness to a unique, free, program that helps put an end to feelings of isolation and fear that are often associated with running a home business.
The Mom Pack (http://themompack.com) is hosted by Lynn Korff of Korff Originals (http://korfforiginals.com). Korff started The Mom Pack when her business began to take off as a way to "Pay Forward" all the wonderful help she received from other work-at-home moms. It started out as a free partnership/advertising campaign where small businesses gathered each other's business information, placed them in packs, and delivered them to clients and visitors via orders, fairs, and home shows.
Over the years, The Mom Pack has grown to become both an online and an off-line network of women who meet in an online forum, hosted by yahoogroups.com, to support, help build, and market each other's businesses. Today, The Mom Pack has grown into an International group
of women covering all 50 states, including countries such as Canada, Greece, Asia, and the Middle East. And the "Pay It Forward" philosophy has not died. In fact, it has only grown stronger over the years.
"The Mom Pack has been a great resource in helping to build our business," says Mr. Schultz. "The women have always been wonderful in bartering services, lending advice, and recommending us to their clients, customers, and friends. In turn, we do the same for them and others in the group. My wife has made some great friendships as well. I'm just waiting for them to start a Pop Packers."
"The Mom Pack is about moms learning to build or grow their businesses, then turning around and paying it forward by helping others do the same. Fellow Mom Packers are not afraid of competition when they dish out help," says Korff.
DTS Web Development, which can be found at http://www.dtswebdevelopment.com plays a big part in helping mom packers build their businesses, by offering free advise, managing the banner rotation for the group, and of course, distributing their promotional materials via mom packs.
The Mom Pack may be found at http://themompack.com, where one can find discussion boards, swap meets, web rings, banner rotations, and an official Mom Pack Member Business Directory.
