New York - Since Wall Street has had a tough time delivering any positive news to Main Street this year, the opportunity to do so is up for sale at a price of $1 Million with the proceeds being donated to each
of the 50 states.

Marcel Bagley, CEO of The Bagley Group, a public relations and communications boutique, has created a non-profit organization called The A-to-Z Foundation (www.AtoZFoundation.com) to be the liaison between Wall Street and Main Street by raising $1 Million from Corporate America to be distributed among each states Commission for Volunteer and Community Service.

Bagley will represent companies and CEOs in the Fortune 500 community by embarking upon a national goodwill community service tour that also serves as a unique advertising and public relations opportunity for participating companies.

From A-to-Z (Adelphia to Xerox), Wall Street and its executives have been front-page news all year with reports of accounting irregularities, excessive CEO pay, insider trading, and bankruptcy announcements," Bagley said. This is an excellent opportunity for companies to reach out to the folks on Main Street because we are still their customers, shareholders and investors."

Between Labor Day and New Year's Day, participating corporate sponsors can donate $20,000 to each of the 50 State Commissions for Volunteer and Community Service in a national media campaign called 'Challenging Corporate America: The Goodwill Community Service Tour. (www.TheGoodwillTour.com)

Representing over 700 local community service and volunteer organizations across the country, these bipartisan state commissions appointed by governors determine needs in their state, distribute grants to local nonprofits and agencies, and monitor grantees to ensure quality and compliance with federal law.

"The 'Million-Dollar Idea is for Wall Street to perform a community service action where the end result is that the donations get to local volunteer service organizations across America through each state commission," Bagley said.

Representing everything from AIDS to Zoos, The A-to-Z Foundation will raise money for each state by collaborating with and promoting the companies that participate in the Tour through local and national radio, newspaper and television interviews during the campaign.

For Wall Street, it's more than just a gesture of goodwill. It's also a much needed public relations move,' Bagley said. Its certainly a unique, yet cost-effective opportunity for companies to finally deliver some positive news to Main Street."
