Toppers Brick Oven Pizza, Inc. announces that the Company has signed an agreement to acquire Franchise Development, Inc., a Virginia Beach, VA company and has retained Mr. Richard Michael to serve as Director of Franchise Operations.

Franchise Development, Inc. provides professional consulting services in the franchise industry. As President of Franchise Development, Inc. Mr. Richard Michael was responsible for marketing franchise opportunities and arranging financing and acquisitions on behalf of clients. Mr. Michael has over 30 years experience in the franchise industry, primarily in the food service sector. Prior to serving as President of Franchise Development, Inc. Mr. Michael had served in various management positions in the industry. Mr. Michael was responsible for numerous successful business mergers and acquisitions including the acquisition of a 70 unit restaurant chain by a company for which he held the position of President
