Local Author To Appear In Greenville

Seneca author, P.E. Blais, will be present for a booksigning from 1-4pm, Saturday, September 14, 2002, at the Greenville Books-A-Million on Laurens Road.

Seneca author, P.E. Blais will appear from 1-4pm Saturday, September 14th, at the Books-A-Million, 2465 Laurens Road., Greenville, SC. Mr. Blais is the author of the critically acclaimed book, Resurrecting Paul: Why Terrorism Can't Win. The book tells the story of his own son's mis-reported death in a Saudi Arabian terrorist bombing. He was later discovered alive, but in a coma; the result of a severe brain injury sustained during the attack. When he awoke from the coma after five weeks he was totally disabled; unable to speak, walk, or even swallow. The book chronicles the trials and ordeals faced by his son on his road back to "normalcy", and the effort and dedication displayed by the whole family. It offers encouraging words and helpful advice and insights for today's terrorism-conscious climate. Resurrecting Paul, ISBN 1-59129-280-8, is available through book stores everywhere or through any on-line bookseller. Phone Books-A-Million at 281-1301 for additional information.
