Playing games at work...a game employers love.

Employers are beginning to encourage more game play at work, with the release of Better Business Bingo. Better Business Bingo is a complete employee incentive program based on the popular 'bingo' game.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Employers have long been searching for an effective and easy way to increase productivity, worker safety, quality and profitability. There are many different methods in use today, swift discipline being one commonly used. Now there is an alternative, play bingo instead!

Webwyz Systems is proud to announce the release of our newest software package, "Better Business Bingo", a complete employee incentive program based upon the popular "bingo" game.

The concept is simple. Employees are provided with a Bingo card. Numbers are drawn each day that 'game rules' have been met. The first employee to get a 'bingo' wins a prize. Prizes vary from merchandise to cash.

Rules are designed to improve problem areas in your organization. If an employer is experiencing attendance problems, the game rules state "numbers are drawn every day there are no lates, and no unexcused absenses.". If an employer is looking to improve safety awareness, the rules might be "numbers are drawn every day that all employees wear their required protective equipment."

Better Business Bingo is a major improvement on the programs currently available. This includes both software and hardcopy based competing products.

The major competing products can cost upwards of $400.00 USD, and then employers are forced to purchase additional game "supplies". Add in the cost of prizes, and you have an incentive program out of the reach of smaller employers.

Better Business Bingo currently ships for under $100.00, and it's all inclusive. You only need to provide the prizes, Better Business Bingo generates cards for you.

To use Better Business Bingo, you simply import a list of employees from your current HR software, create a new bingo game, define rules, set prizes, and print the cards. Then, just draw a number each day. You develop rules to provide objectives for the incentive program.

A very unique thing about Better Business Bingo is that you can create customized, 'icon' based cards to add a training element to an incentive program. Better Business Bingo currently ships with 100 safety related icons, but employers can add their own.

With Better Business Bingo, you can;

• Build your own employee incentive program.
• Print your own bingo cards.
• Run multiple incentive programs simultaneously.
• Support up to 1000 players.
• Use over 100 royalty free, safety related icons (incl. WHMIS & TDG).
• Use icons on bingo cards to add a training component to your incentive program (recognition of WHMIS and TDG and common safety signage).
• Add and use your own icon sets.
• Manage games easily and quickly.
• It comes with a database for employee information.
• Import employee info from existing applications like MS Excel.
• Design your own bingo formats.
• Define your own rules.
• Includes Free technical support for one year.
• Includes Free upgrades for one year.
• Includes Free incentive program advice for one year.

Better Business Bingo - motivating your employees, improving your business.
