"Catch the Spiritual Flava of Catch 2"
An innovative Christian Rap Ministry

(San Fernando Valley, CA, September 2002) - January of 2001 led to the birth of Catch 2, a millennium-style Christian rap group with a mission to "catch" lost souls to Jesus Christ. The Catch 2 duo, Eric Crowder and Jahmy Hines, are a testimony for all to hear.

Growing up in the rough neighborhoods of the San Fernando Valley, Eric and Jahmy have known each other since the third grade and share testimonies of young lives consumed with negative influences and participation in unlawful activities of theft, gang violence, drugs, robbery, and ultimately jail time.

Eric and Jahmy shared many experiences, but the most important one of all occurred on May 16, 1999 when they were both invited to the same church on the same day where they gave their lives to Jesus Christ and were born again together of the Water and Holy Spirit.

Catch 2 is a Christian rap ministry committed to spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ. Its name is derived from their testimony that God reached down to "catch" both Eric and Jahmy out of sin and destruction at the same time. Catch 2 uses rap music and God's message to fulfill their mission to "catch" as many people as they can and to share the loving, joyful, and merciful message of Jesus Christ to all, regardless of race, creed, color, or lifestyle.

Catch 2 has performed throughout Southern California and as far as Seattle, WA spreading the Word of God. Catch 2 has released its debut self-entitled CD album, Catch 2, a compilation of personal testimonies and witnessing through rap messages for youth and people of all ages.

Catch 2 is available for appearances and performances for Christian events, entertainment venues, conferences, and corporate engagements.
