Noted Collage artist Bruce Helander licences his whimsical images to Nicole Miller for a new line of ties and clothing

New York, NY -- September 7, 2002- Nicole Miller announced today that she signed a licensing contract with Bruce Helander for use of Helander collage images as tie and clothing patterns.
