Micro-Tel signs 3-Year Agreement with
HQ Global Workplaces
Micro-Tel signs a 3 year contract with HQ Global Workplaces for products & services. HQ had recently filed for Bankruptcy .
NORCROSS, Georgia -- September 4, 2002. Micro-Tel today announced the signing of a multi-year agreement with the nations largest provider of shared office space in the business center industry, HQ Global Workplaces.
Under the new 3-year agreement, Micro-Tel will provide HQ Global Workplaces with Microcall software and annual maintenance for some 250 HQ Global Workplaces locations. Microcall is the standard telemanagement software used at HQ Global Workplaces for tenant telephone billing. Microcall also provides businesses with a means to monitor potential toll fraud, identify phone system efficiency, and control overall telecom expense.
