Genesys chooses Elix to extend their training offering

The Elix Academy becomes an official Genesys University campus

Montreal, Quebec, September 5, 2002 - Elix-a world leader in self-service and agent-assisted touchpoint solutions for contact centers, announces that Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alcatel, has chosen Elix to offer collaborative and unified training services to Genesys customers and partners. Elix will support contact center professionals wishing to update or renew their Genesys solutions knowledge, therefore optimizing their contact center investments. The Elix Academy, based in Montreal, joins San Francisco, CA, and Raleigh, NC locations as an official Genesys University campus.

The Elix Academy gives Genesys users easy access to a high quality Genesys training center. The trainings offered on Genesys solutions are an integral part of Genesys University's general calendar, rendering an easy registration process. The collaboration between Elix Academy and Genesys campuses provides a more flexible and complete course calendar with an enhanced coordination of the training schedules.
