This portal has been put up by the efforts of students of Masters of Sciences in Information Technology (M.Sc. - IT) under Panjab University, Chandigarh, who formed the iBirbal Techies Group towards the formulation of their idea to develop a complete technology portal garnished with latest events and happenings in IT in this era of IT slow-down!!!
