The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Appoints WebtraffIQ For Web Analytics, Reporting and Email Tracking.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) appoints WebtraffIQ web analytics and reporting and email tracking to gauge website usability and marketing campaign return on investment [ROI]

----Begins----

The web analytics company WebtraffIQ http://www.webtraffiq.com, has been appointed by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) http://www.rics.org.uk/ for web measurement reporting and email tracking, to gauge their website usability and marketing campaigns.

After having launched a new global website incorporating 120 different countries, RICS http://www.rics.org.uk/ wanted to track and understand user behaviour on their website. Furthermore, RICS intended to make full use of internal email campaigns to members as well as tracking partner click throughs.

Alex Langley, Project Manager at RICS explains, We needed a robust, but easy to use web analytics system to gather and report the information we required. There were quite a few systems to choose from but we found that WebtraffIQ was one of the more accurate solutions on the market, and they offer a suite of reports which fulfilled our criteria."

Due to the size and reach of the RICS global website - spanning across 120 different countries with 110 000 members, the RICS site needs to encompass various complex systems that WebtraffIQ had to incorporate into its strategy and service it was to provide.

RICS is currently pushing forward with various marketing initiatives such as member newsletter emails and partnership website referrals.
By using WebtraffIQ RICS can now home in on the better initiatives and reduce costs on activities that dont yield direct results.

Marcos Richardson, European Director at WebtraffIQ comments, Its great to have RICS on board, and their feedback on our system is invaluable. We have demonstrated yet again that the WebtraffIQ can be integrated with various other systems, with little to no effort at all on a global scale. Its especially helpful to us because RICS is such a comprehensive and large international website and service, and their continual feedback is important to WebtraffIQ in developing our services. It enables us to further address global application requirements that may be implemented for various clients, and into a range systems."
