No doubt there will be benefits for companies that choose to list with the BBX, such as brokers having to report short positions monthly and their requirement of having to quote realistic spreads between the bid and ask price of a company's shares.

Many companies will not meet the qualifications in time while others will choose to move to the Pink Sheets instead. This shift in listing's will no doubt affect the markets overall and few have commented or tried to perceive just how much these changes will affect the landscape.
