Toronto, On -- September15, 2002 - Most existing eLearning content authoring tools are so complicated that lengthy training is often required for instructors before they can use the tool all by themselves.
At the same time many of the eLearning students are reluctant to complete their eCourses due to lack of interactivity when reviewing these finished product.
