FatPort, announced today that it has unleashed a high speed wireless network in the Best Western Sands Hotel in downtown Vancouver. The installation is the biggest in the FatPort network, with 120 guest rooms, the meeting rooms, and restaurant fully covered.

VANCOUVER, Canada, Sept. 19 - FatPort, an Ignition Point Company (TSX:IPN - News), announced today that it has completed a broadband wireless network in the Best Western Hotel in downtown Vancouver.

The Best Western Sands, a member of the world's largest hotel chain, is now the largest wireless 'FatZone' in the FatPort network. Guests are provided broadband access in all 120 rooms, conference rooms, and the hotel restaurant. Intel's 802.11b Enterprise wireless hardware uses industry-standard "Wi-Fi" (802.11b) technology, which operates at speeds up to 40 times that of other wireless internet technologies.
