September 19, 2002 -- Las Vegas, Gravitas International (GVTS: OTC BB) announces their MemSuiteä of digital photography and interactive marketing solutions to the live events and entertainment industry market at the 2002 FunExpo in Las Vegas. RX Imaging, the exclusive licensee for the Gravitas MemSuiteä of products, will be introducing the products at the event.

RX Imaging is one of North Americas largest live event photography service providers with over 70 digital photography operations throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Gravitas has developed a suite of proprietary digital photography and interactive marketing solutions that will complement RX Imagings existing client base. Together, Gravitas and RX Imaging are introducing and actively implementing this suite of digital photography and online marketing applications in Las Vegas at the 2002 Fun Expo.
