Christian Modern Rock Band GODHEAD DISCIPLE Releases Radio Single 'Mouse in a Box to radio in United States and Canada under the direction of record promoter Kyle Fenton

NASHVILLE, TN--Sep. 23, 2002--GODHEAD DISCIPLE (www.godheaddisciple.com) releases new single 'Mouse in a Box off of their ODDIO Records release 'Beautiful Feet to over 160 radio stations and Internet radio sites in the United States and Canada. GODHEAD DISCIPLE has teamed up with top record promoter Kyle Fenton to promote the bands first nationally released single. Kyle Fenton is credited with launching FFH into Christian Rock and Adult Contemporary radio and has worked with many other bands including Lifehouse, Third Day, Jars of Clay, Caedmon's Call, Superchic[k], The OC Supertones and Skillet.

Were really excited about working with Kyle Fenton knowing what he has done with other bands in Christian radio. He told us that he 'loves to champion new bands, and we kind of waited for the right opportunity to get behind 'Mouse in a Box to take it to radio as an independent band. 'Mouse in a Box is the first single to be released nationally from GODHEAD DISCIPLEs latest studio project, 'Beautiful Feet, which is available for purchase through ODDIO Records (www.oddiorecords.com). 'Beautiful Feet was recorded, mixed, and produced by Jonathan Smith and has received wide acclamation as a first class recording. Other tracks off of 'Beautiful Feet have garnered radio airplay as well, including WRGX-FM in Wisconsin -- 'Send made their Top 30 -- while 'Soul on Fire has been featured on WCVK-FMs 'Soul Frequency for over eight months. Currently, 'Mouse in a Box has been added to ChristianRock.net (www.christianrock.net) and is this weeks featured 'Hit or Miss single.

Mouse in a Box is a song about the feeling you have when you're separated from God and trapped in your own little world -- still able to see all that God's grace can provide in your life, but frustratingly unable to get there...of course, until you repent and are restored. I think it also provides somewhat of a perspective on the kind of creatures we can be when we're slaves to sin, and what we need (God's hand) to bring us out of it," continued CJ.
