Project Works Ltd. Signs Agreement for United States Representative For their Training Compliance Software for Medical Research

AUSTIN, TX and LONDON, ENGLAND -- September 17, 2002 -- Austin based TOPAZ Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of regulatory compliant software solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical research organizations worldwide has announced an agreement with UK based Project Works, LTD. for exclusive North American marketing rights to Project Works TRS Software.

TRS is a validatable software program developed to measure the professional competence of the medical research staff. Documentation of this training, which ensures the compliance with regulatory bodies, is essential. The software provides research organizations with tools that assist them in meeting GLP, GMP, and GCP regulations from the FDA while maintaining compliance with US and foreign governmental regulations.
