Big Mamas Café Site of Americas Rising Stars" Television Show

Chartbuster Karaoke, the industrys leading producer of karaoke CDs, is holding its semi-finals on September 25 and 26, 2002 at Big Mamas Karaoke Café in Seymour,Tn. Nearly 100 contestants are competing to win their share of $25,000 in cash and prizes. The contest will be taped live for telecast in over 700 cities, reaching 5 million households a week during a 10 week period beginning in October of this year. Judging the competition are: Wendell Werner, jazz pianist, Carroll Freeman, UTs Opera Theatre Director, Gayle Green, actress and choreographer, John Taylor, Broadway Sound, and Amanda Ragan, Oak Ridge High School Choral Director.

Seymour, TN -- September 15, 2002- Chartbuster Karaoke, the industrys leading producer of karaoke CDs, announced today they will host up to 100 performers at Big Mamas Karaoke Café $25,000 Karaoke contest semi-finals on September 25 and 26, 2002. Weekly winners from six regional contests will return to Seymour, TN to compete for cash and prizes and international exposure. The contest will be taped live at Big Mamas Karaoke Café for telecast in over 700 cities, reaching 5 million households a week during a 10 week period beginning in October of this year.

This will be contestants big chance to realize the full potential of their talent.

Big Mamas Digital Entertainment (BMDE), who has been producing Live On Stage At Big Mamas Karaoke Cafe" for three years, will produce the half-hour entertainment series entitled Americas Rising Stars". Executive Producers Norbert and Debi Stovall plan to take the TV audience up close and personal, as the singers prepare for the next step to discovery by the biggest names in the recording industry.

On September 25 and 26, beginning at 6 PM, performers will sing before a panel of respected entertainment and music professionals for their survival and the right to join the FINAL 15. Judges for the two evenings are: Wendell Werner, jazz pianist, Carroll Freeman, UTs Opera Theatre Director, Gayle Green, actress and choreographer, John Taylor, Broadway Sound, and Amanda Ragan, Oak Ridge High School Choral Director.
                
After recording the live performances, BMDE will post the contestants video performances each week on the website www.karaokecafe.com and allow Karaoke fans from around the globe to submit their vote for their favorite performances.

The series will climax in January 2003, when the top 15 Karaoke performers will return to perform live on stage at Big Mamas Karaoke Café before a panel Nashville music industry executives.

Americas Rising Stars" is already attracting the interest of major television networks and advertisers. In the coming weeks, BMDE will be announcing clearance in additional television markets and a planned national tour with their self-contained Chartbuster Karaoke Experience, a state of the art, mobile recording facility and karaoke outdoor stage.
