South African entrepreneur, Tony Dovale, launches the Pay It Forward" Success Coaching Project in South Africa. Part Businessman, part Transformational Facilitator, Part Life and Business Coach, Tony Dovale is offering a free Wealth Coaching Workshop, starting in Gauteng, each month over the next few months. Although the workshops will be free, he expects not to be paid back... but that participants PAY IT FORWARD" to 3 or more other people.

Says Tony Dovale, It is clearly evident that we need something to kick-start peoples energy, entheusiam and passion. Once we begin the Pay It Forward" Success Coaching project it will positively impact on multiple levels in thousands of peoples lives across the country. Like a wave in the ocean, Pay it forward" success coaches can create an incredible wave of action and awareness that can break people free from their mental prisons.

The primary reason we dont succeed is because we let ourselves down... we dont Believe...we lose focus... we break our word... we procrastinate... we settle for second and third best because thats what we believe we deserve. We buy books yet most of us dont read past the first chapter! We have the tools, but we dont apply them. We dream.. and yet we dont DO.

Comments Tony, Just imagine if we could each have accountability/success coaches that hold us to our commitments and our word". Also imagine that we, inturn, could become accountability/success coaches to others as well. This process begins to make certain that we walk our talk". That we act on our dreams.

The original concept comes from his previous Random Act of Kindness" project in 1995 which he initiated when he was involved in launching Cani 98.7FM community radio. Then in 1999 the movie Pay it Forward" was released worldwide. This sparked off the idea of creating an ever-expanding network of positive, passionate Success Coaches who are active in coaching and motivating people regularly towards personal success.
