"The Gatekeeper" has been honored with the Audience Choice Award for Best Feature Film at the Temecula Valley International Film Festival. "The Gatekeeper", John Carlos Frey's heavy hitting drama, exposes the underbelly of the U.S. Mexico border and exposes the horrowing journey that costs many hopeful immigrants their lives. "The Gatekeeper" has been recognized by the independent film community with several awards to date and looks to continue it's award winning pace with many more festival screenings beofre year's end.
