This documentary is about the events which took place on August 28, during a search of a tomb site at "This is the Place" Monument-Heritage Park, which was part of a PSI TECH investigative project conducted on behalf of the Smart family. It is PSI TECH's position that the site was not thoroughly searched as officials from the State of Utah and Salt Lake City Police continue to report. Although PSI TECH respects the rights of the land-owner (State of Utah), and the passion of Kevin Jones, the State Archeologist for protecting the interests of Native Americans, it is PSI TECH's position that the interests of the public, the Smart family, and all the others who were involved in the search process were not served on that day. PSI TECH does not claim with any certainty that Elizabeth Smart's remains are located in that burial tomb. They do however state that based on the search which was documented in this film, this site can not and should not be eliminated based on the claim that a complete search was performed.
