Kyocera Mita and CCP Systems AG Announce
Strategic Distribution Partnership
Fairfield, New Jersey - September 25, 2002 - Kyocera Mita, one of the world's leading document imaging companies, and CCP Systems AG (CCP), a leading developer of software for digital forms creation and management, today announced a strategic distribution partnership. Under the terms of the partnership, Kyocera Mita and CCP Systems AG will market CCPs products to the United States through Kyocera Mita authorized dealers. This collaboration comes as CCP introduces the latest version of its product, FormMaker 3.0 PRO, which will be launched in the United States.
FormMaker 3.0 PRO provides businesses of every size with fast and efficient graphic and layout tools to generate sophisticated forms and pre-printed material, make changes to forms and to automate the creation and uploading of printer macros. FormMaker 3.0 PRO is optimized for professional use in combination with PRESCRIBE (Kyocera Mitas printer control language) compatible digital printers and multifunctional devices.
"FormMaker 3.0 PROs capability to create and manage forms, dramatically speeds the process of converting pre-printed documents into digital documents stored in the printer. FormMaker 3.0 PRO provides an excellent complement to Kyocera Mita printers and copiers by taking full advantage of PRESCRIBE, Kyocera Mitas low cost per print and virtually maintenance free design which benefits both dealers and end-users," said Michael Pietrunti, vice president of marketing at Kyocera Mita.
We are very excited about the new capabilities in version 3.0 and the significant savings potential for customers who use the powerful combination of FormMaker 3.0 PRO and Kyocera Mita printers," said Dana Hooper, vice president of U.S. operations at CCP.
