RapiDisclose is a new online service that will offer health service providers (i.e. hospitals, clinics, physicians, dentists, integrated delivery networks, etc.) with the services they need to meet the new privacy and accounting of disclosures requirements of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

The new RapiDisclose service is available now.

By the HIPAA deadline of April 14, 2003, healthcare providers must provide a full accounting of protected health information disclosed outside of a covered entity. Penalties for noncompliance may be as high as $250,000.

RapiDisclose is a complete Accounting of Disclosures (AOD) and Release of Information (ROI) solution that operates entirely online through a secure web-based interface.
