It was the after show" fête for Mr. Cortazar hosted by the Chambers Hotel. The red carpet rolled out and security was tight for the exclusive and exceptionally posh" guest list. At 8 p.m. the cameras began rolling and flashing as guests started arriving.

The ambiance was perfectly tame with the sounds of DJ E Love pumping 80s classics and modern pop music. What made the night a success was the remarkable talent of Celebrity Bar Chef Albert Trummer. The cocktail of the evening was the Plum Passion Martini (Gräfs Fränkische Pflaume, Centenario Tequila, Champagne, passion fruit and lemon) his new cocktail for Town at the Chambers Hotel. The plum cocktail was described that night at being out of this world." Mixed with the latest, New York Chic" liqueur, Gräfs Fränkische Pflaume (Pflaume). Albert Trummer stated, I purposely chose Pflaume for this event because it captures the true definition of brilliance." He also added, The Plum Passion martini is the new chic cocktail and Town will also be making it a part of its menu." This yellow plum masterpiece resembled confetti, as many throughout the party enjoyed it confirming that the Plum Passion Martini was a true success.

The room was filled with fashion models, editors, and various designers. The first chi-chi" entrance was made by, Hilton heir, Nicky Hilton at around 9 p.m. The party was captivating and a half-hour later, Esteban Cortazar made his grand entrance. There was a standing ovation. Guests were hanging over the balcony above and the entire room crowded into the lobby of the hotel applauding his success. Mr. Cortazar loved the camera posing and showing his appreciation by hugging the majority of his guests surrounding him. Bar Chef Albert Trummer greeted Mr. Cortazar with his very own Plum Passion martini. He commented on the delicious scent of the cocktail, but later informed Mr. Trummer that he was only 18 years old and could not drink. Albert then looked at him and chuckled. Mr. Cortazar then handed the luxury of drinking Alberts masterpiece to fashion model Ashley, who accompanied him that evening. Needless to say, she enjoyed more than one Plum Passion.

The Exclusive US importers of Gräfs Fränkische Pflaume, President Natascha Estep and Vice President Victor Hugo Díaz, attended the event and made it clear that New York hasnt seen the end of this enchanting plum liqueur.
