U.S. Inspect Announces the Acquisition of Heritage Inspection Service

U.S. Inspect Announces the Acquisition of Heritage Inspection Service

Chantilly, VA – U.S. Inspect today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Heritage Inspection Service, Inc., a leading home inspection provider in Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
U.S. Inspect also announced that Mike Quinn, former President of Heritage, has been appointed to lead a team of inspectors in Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In his new role, Quinn will be responsible for managing U.S. Inspects local team of inspectors, mentoring new inspectors brought into the industry, and marketing the benefits of utilizing U.S. Inspects services in the area. In addition to U.S. Inspects standard services, Quinn and his team will continue to provide specialized inspections of historical and antique homes – a distinction for which Quinn and his team have been recognized.
I am excited to be a part of U.S. Inspect. When I researched their operation, I was impressed with the companys commitment to excellence in all aspects of the inspection process," explained Quinn. It is easy to see they offer a better over-all package to the customer than any other inspection company. Additionally, when you look at the individual segments of the inspection process and review them separately (the scheduling, the software, the inspection procedures, the report, the Web site, the customer service, the marketing, etc.), you find that U.S. Inspect is as good as or better than any other inspection provider in every individual segment."
Quinn added, I am very pleased to have the opportunity to provide our clients this extraordinary support in addition to the great inspections they have come to expect from my team. Thanks to U.S. Inspect, we will dramatically change the real estate communitys expectations in our market. I cant wait to get started."
Mike Murphy, U.S. Inspects Vice President of Residential Services commented: "The Heritage acquisition is an integral component of the companys growth strategy. We immediately gain Mike Quinns leadership, Heritages established reputation and local relationships, and a strong team of experienced inspectors. We are pleased to welcome Mike and the Heritage team to our Residential Services Division; they will play a significant role in our long-term growth in the Northeast."
