McGlothlin as the new Director of Sales. Mr. McGlothlin will be responsible for managing sales operations in Evertrust.nets new Sales office in Chicago, IL.

Steven McGlothlin brings over a decade of software Sales experience to Evertrust.net

time-stamping solutions that protect the integrity of digital documents and Web sites, today announced the appointment of Steven R. McGlothlin as the new Director of Sales. Mr.
McGlothlin will be responsible for managing sales operations in Evertrust.nets new Sales office in Chicago, IL.

Business Development for Evertrust.net. Steve brings many years of successful sales experience
in the high tech field , and will definitely be an asset to help foster growth in our Sales initiatives."

Most recently Mr. McGlothlin was the Channel Sales Development Manager at Applix Inc., a
software company developing CRM, customer analytics and business planning solutions
where he was responsible for managing channel development for the Midwest Region. In
this role, he solicited and negotiated new partnerships with OEM/ISV/SI firms in the
ERP/Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical markets.

Prior to his work at Applix, Mr. McGlothlin held the role of Vice President of Global Sales and
Marketing at Micro Data Base Systems Inc. where he held various sales positions during his
seven year tenure. At MDBS, he managed global sales and marketing activ ities while targeting
large international opportunities. Mr. McGlothlin also established partnerships with international ISVs, System Integrators, and consulting firms.

Mr. McGlothlin studied computer science both at Purdue University and the University of
Wisconsin.
