Russell R. Diehl is the Managing Director of Diehl & Company Investment Bankers.  A Senior Investment Banking/Capital Markets professional with twenty-five years of industry experience. Diehl & Company, with offices in Newport Beach, CA, and New York, NY, is a Private Investment Banking Firm that services mid-sized customers providing a full range of financial services including equity and debt financing, management buy-outs, valuations and venture capital.  Mr. Diehl has managed over 500 Underwriting, Private Placement and Principle Investment transactions.

Prior to the formation of Diehl & Company, Russell held the title of Vice president for Union Bank ofLos Angeles.  There he directed and managed $200 million in public sector exposure in Mexico, Venezuela, Central America and the Caribbean. Prior to his tenure with Union Bank of Los Angeles, Mr. Diehl directed credit analysis activities for Pacific Rim and Latin American banks as an International Officer for The Bank of New York.
