Bradfield Consulting Ltd is currently taking bookings for the last few places on the CIPD -- Certificate in Training Practice programme commencing on 10th October 2002. The programme will be held at Hughes Hall in Cambridge on a 15 day block release basis - approx. 2 days a month over 6 months.

The course is designed to provide a foundation in Training Management and leads to Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. It is highly interactive and participative; suitable for those wishing to gain a recognised qualification combined with practical skills.

The course is valuable for both those already in training and seeking to qualify and those wishing to move into training, for example as a career change. The Certificate in Training Practice is the only taught qualification of its kind and is a recognised industry standard.

Bradfield Consulting Ltd works closely with the CIPD to ensure high quality delivery of all courses. Students are required to become a Student Member of the CIPD in order to study on the course. The fee payable is additional to the course fees and is pro rata and dependent on the month a student joins. Membership is applied for and handled on a students behalf by Bradfield once they have joined the course.

For self-funding students, payment of fees by instalment may be available at the discretion of the Course Director, Caroline Bradfield. In addition, companies may be able to apply for training investment support from their local training and enterprise council.
